Shipping & returns
Everything about how your order gets to you — and how to send it back if it isn't right.
Delivery speeds and cost
Standard delivery is 2–4 business days and free on orders over $75, otherwise $6.99. Express (next business day) and same-day delivery are offered at checkout in supported metros.
Order stages
Every order moves through Pending, Confirmed, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery and Delivered. Cancelled and Returned orders keep their full history on the order detail page.
30-day returns
Return almost anything within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. Start the request from the order page and we email a prepaid label immediately. Some hygiene and made-to-order items are excluded and clearly marked on the product page.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your TiniCuddle wallet the moment the carrier scans your return, or back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days if you prefer.
Damaged or missing items
Report an issue within 48 hours of delivery and we replace or refund it without asking you to ship anything back in most cases.
