Your account
You must be 18 or older, keep your credentials secure and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
Buying
A contract of sale forms between you and the seller when your order is confirmed. TiniCuddle handles payment, buyer protection and dispute mediation, and prices include applicable taxes shown at checkout.
Selling
Sellers must complete KYC, list accurately, hold real stock, ship within the promised handling time and honour the marketplace return policy. Commission and settlement terms are shown in the vendor dashboard.
Prohibited items
Counterfeits, recalled goods, weapons, regulated substances and anything infringing another party's intellectual property may not be listed. Violations end in delisting and account closure.
Disputes and liability
We mediate buyer–seller disputes first. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order except where the law says otherwise.
